IAIN GARDNER

Iain is an award-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Toronto, Ontario with over 10 years of experience crafting original music for film, TV, advertising, web and stage productions.

Working as a freelancer with many of the Toronto-based production companies led him to join the team at Eggplant Music+Sound, where he is now lead composer. On the small screen, Iain’s work has been heard on spots for brands such at Porsche, Bell, Mitsubishi, BMW, Ford, President’s Choice, and Visa, and in the Tim Horton’s short documentary The Away Game, which has amassed nearly 2 million views on YouTube.

On the long-form side, his work can be heard in the feature film/series Deep Six (2018), the VRV animated series Big Foot (2019) and on Roku’s first original animated adult comedy series Doomlands (2022). Along with the Eggplant team, Iain also recently contributed both original and cover songs, as well as original score, to the upcoming Peacock Kids series Take Note, airing February 2022.
