JOSIAH HOTWIRE

Josiah Hotwire is a hip-hop artist and producer from Harlem, NYC, who has been immersed in the music scene since his youth. He first entered the industry as a cameraman and editor before being recognized globally as an artist and emcee in 2015, showcasing his talents as both a rapper and producer who creates his own music. His skills have garnered attention from other prominent and innovative producers, including Harlem Zone and Nyckles Productions from The Black Soprano Family/Griselda If You Zone You Zone ENT. umbrella, leading to collaborations on the album “HOTWIRE ZONIN'” which was released in February 2025. This project has been critically acclaimed as a solid body of work and continues to make waves with viral content, videos, and singles.

Throughout his career, Josiah Hotwire has received extensive press coverage, appearing on major platforms including NY1 News, MTV, VH1, XXL, On The Radar, Hot97, The Source, and many others. This media exposure caught the attention of European promoters online, launching his international career and travels from 2010 to 2018. During these years, Hotwire performed across multiple continents, traveling to Paris, Lyon, and London in Europe, Toronto and Quebec in Canada, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, as well as throughout the United States.

Hotwire has also collaborated with several legendary artists in the hip-hop industry, including releasing music with Freeway from the legendary Roc-A-Fella Records. He toured Europe with the legendary Roy Ayers in 2016 and later toured Europe with Benny the Butcher from Griselda/Black Soprano Family in 2024. His discography includes five online projects available on all major streaming platforms, plus additional singles and a mixtape that can be downloaded via Bandcamp under his name. Currently, he is collaborating with other talented artists, producing and writing music across various styles for sync licensing opportunities.
