The journey continued as she ventured to Los Angeles, California, where she spent six formative years immersing herself in the city’s bustling music scene. Today, Laura Lavalle is based in New York City, where her eclectic influences and rich experiences merge to shape her unique sound.

Lavalle’s early career was marked by pivotal collaborations with industry legends, including renowned producer Midi Jones and Narada Michael Walden. More recently, she’s worked with producer & friend Grant Boutin (Tate McRae, Megan Trainor, ILLENIUM, Jonas Brothers). These experiences not only honed her craft but also set the stage for her future successes. One of her standout moments came when she performed the national anthem for the 100th running of the Indy 500, a testament to her impressive vocal range and emotional delivery.

Throughout her career, Lavalle has worked with a diverse array of artists, crafting songs for and with Francis Karel, Jamie Miller (Atlantic Records), and Aiyana Lee (Hitco), among others. Her versatility extends beyond performance to vocal arrangements, having crafted intricate arrangements for her own projects as well as for fellow artists.
