After a successful Atlanta artist camp in partnership with A+E Global Media in 2023, which featured some incredible Atlanta-based artists and producers, we launched our joint label Real Again Records in early 2024. The new label features a diverse roster of independent artists and producers across pop, hip hop, and R&B. It boasts an eclectic lineup of artists and producers, with a strong focus on female and BIPOC artists and producers.
To continue our triumphant partnership with A+E Networks, we wanted to create an artist camp closer to A+E’s home in New York City and create some new and custom music for the joint venture. So in November 2024, we had a spectacular few days in the Big Apple for The Real Again Records Artist Camp, presented by A+E Global Media and West One Music Group. The camp occurred at the legendary Cutting Room Studios in Chelsea, NYC.

We invited 14 artists and producers to a three-day camp to create songs tailored to A+E’s programming. It focused on listening sessions (which turned into a massive sing-along dance party), writing sessions, playback sessions, and two masterclasses.
Our fantastic masterclass speakers included British producer Jono Buchanan, who shared his expertise on creating music for sync, and Reema Iqbal from A&E, who delivered an insightful talk on royalties.
The two albums created at the camp were Country Heat, an infectious contemporary country-pop album, and East Coast, a bold, attitude-fueled hip-hop album inspired by old-school and new-school hip-hop.*
